June attended the LDI conference this Fall at the Las Vegas Convention Center December 1-5. Her panel on “Incorporating Spotlights Into Your Lighting Design” with guest panelists Don Holder, Carolyn Wong, and Meg Sump went very well. Lycian Stage Lighting was kind enough to let us share a corner of their booth on the Expo floor, and June and Kevin loved being able to play with their new LED line of spotlights as we showed off her books. USITT
June will be attending the USITT Conference in Seattle, WA from March 20 – 24. Both books will be available in the USITT bookstore at the conference. On Wednesday, March 20, at 2:00pm, June will be appearing at a session titled “Illuminating the Art of Followspot Calling”. June’s husband Kevin Lowther will be appearing at a panel right after that, at 3:30pm, called “The Greasy Underbelly of Show Business”. On Thursday, March 21, from 4:30 – 6:00pm, June will be appearing at the USITT Member Book Signing Event in the 6ABC Lobby above the USITT Book Store. On Friday, March 22, at 11:30am, June and Kevin will be participating in a hands-on session on “Practical Follow Spot Operation”.
During the EXPO, June and Kevin will be on the floor in the Lycian Stage Lighting Booth (2732). Come see us!
